Beginning his real estate career in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004, Charles quickly became known for his deep market knowledge and results-driven approach. He earned his broker’s license in 2013 and expanded into construction management in 2015, building and remodeling homes, condos, and investment properties throughout the region.

Now based in Tucson with 1912 Realty, Charles specializes in listing sales, first-time homebuyers, investors, REO, property management, and development projects. As both a general contractor and seasoned property investor, he understands every stage of the real estate process — from acquisition and renovation to long-term management. He has owned and managed his own investment properties and provided property management services for clients, giving him firsthand insight into maximizing value and return.
