Chandra is a very caring professional and is a joy to work with !   We decided to work with a realtor rather than try to sell ourselves due to our desire to get into our new home.  Chandra was able to step in on short notice and handled all the selling requirements while we moved ourselves out.  Her advice was excellent and we had an offer 2 days after following her suggestions.  Our home sold before many other freshly remodeled homes in the area and for higher than asking price! We could never have done that ours ourselves. Everyone involved in our efforts to sell our home were wonderful.  The photographer was amazing! The photos enhanced the homes beauty and we are certain this was an important part of the successful sell!
