Fantastic experience from start to finish with a sale over asking price in a challenging market! Jean was terrific! Beginning with initial feedback and suggestions for getting the house ready for sale, to staging it with some of her own furniture. She managed the showings, expertly juggled multiple offers, coordinated contractors for some final repairs (we were 4 hours away), proactively managed a very difficult buyer's agent and got us to closing at the 11th hour with an offer 5% over the asking price.
