About Jean Sullivan

With more than 10 years of experience as both a REALTOR® and real estate investor, I've helped

buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every kind of market with confidence. My years of working

with clients along with personally buying and selling over 50 investment properties has taught

me that every move is as unique as the people making it. This experience gives me a practical

perspective on value, negotiation, and long-term potential so buyers don’t overpay and sellers

don’t leave money on the table.

Why 1912 Realty? It was essential for me to work with people who share the same passion for

the beauty, history and uniqueness of the desert and the same philosophy of building

relationships and putting client needs above all else.

Arizona has always held a special place in my heart. Although life and career opportunities took

my family to many places across the country, when it was finally up to us, choosing Arizona felt

like coming home. I first came to Tucson as a grad student on a quest for adventure. Our first

daughter was born here and our youngest is a proud graduate of the U of A. Returning to this

incredible state wasn't just a move; it was the fulfillment of a long-held dream for my husband

and myself.

I've also experienced the excitement—and the challenges—of relocating many times. I

understand firsthand that buying or selling a home is only part of the journey. Finding the right
